This micro-domaine red Burgundy is a pure pinot noir blend sourced from three small vineyard plots throughout Pommard. Winemaker Jonathan Purcell selects fruit from low-yielding, mature vines in Les Noizons, Croix Blanche, and Poisot. The winemaking features a ten-day semi-carbonic vinification with whole clusters inside neutral stainless steel tanks using native vineyard yeasts. The sugars are finished entirely in old French oak barrels, where the liquid undergoes a natural nine-month maturation process before an unfiltered bottling.

It pour a clear ruby color with a pale rim, releasing a delicate nose of black raspberry, cassis, and fresh field flowers. A sleek, light-to-medium-bodied frame pairs fresh fruit profiles with an underlying, perfumed complexity. The old-vine concentration provides a serious structural baseline across mid-palate volume without feeling heavy. A clean line of natural acidity runs through the center, keeping the fluid mouthfeel thoroughly refreshed. It concludes with a long, dry, and mineral finish.
