The estate manages the old vines under certified biodynamic farming guidelines, focusing on manual techniques on rocky calcareous soils. The hand-harvested grapes are vinified using whole-cluster fermentation driven entirely by native vineyard wild yeasts in neutral wooden vats. The wine ages for eighteen months in seasoned oak barrels and is bottled without filtration or added sulfur.

It pours a translucent ruby color, opening with aromas of dark red fruit, underwood spices, and baked plum. A smooth, medium-bodied frame balances concentrated fruit flavors with a chiseled, mineral-driven line. Refined, fine-grained tannins provide a supple structural grip that coordinates nicely with the fruit without feeling heavy.
